Shipping
Shipping usually occurs within 3 business days. Some items my be sent from different areas of the country and may take a few extra days to arrive at your location. If you do not receive your items within 15 days of purchase contact our customer service dept.
We are not responsible for shipping damages. You must file a claim with the carrier if this is the case.
All purchases are shipped by either FedEx or UPS depending on your location and the location from which the shipment originates.
We charge a flat rate shipping fee. Sometimes this rate will be lower than the 15.00 and we will refund to your account the difference. This may take a day or two. Will Call/Cash purchases are designed for in store only and shipping will be added when the purchase is made.
Returns
Returns must be sent directly to our physical address (42 N Conococheague St, Williamsport MD 21795). Do not return items to the warehouses that the shipments originated from.
An RMA must be issued in order to receive proper credit. RMA's can be obtained by calling our customer service dept. RMA's will only be issued within 3 days of the receipt of your items.
All sales are final with the exception of manufacturers defects, which will be evaluated by our return dept. PLEASE BE SURE THE ITEM YOU ARE ORDERING IS WHAT YOU WANT. We will only issue a credit or exchange on returned items. No cash, checks, PayPal payments or credit card payments will be refunded with the exception of a manufacturers defect. Credits or refunds may take up to 5 business days to show up in your account.
All returns that are because of customer error (customer ordered wrong size, wrong color, etc) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
